Twice now, Sam at Diamond Valley Towing has helped me get out of a jam. Our dealership had sold an F-150 a few months back and literally 2 hours later, the truck had broken down on the client who bought it. I called another towing company first who originally said they would pick him up in an hour, and later called to say it would now be three hours before they could pick up our upset customer. I called DVT and explained the situation to Sam, who literally said he would drop what he was doing and leave right then and there to go pick up our customer! Fast forward now to yesterday… somehow the only key to a pre-owned 2016 Subaru Outback that we have, got lost. I had to get the car towed across the street to the Subaru dealer to get a new key programmed so I called Sam and yet again, he and his driver made it happen and got the car over asap! Towing companies can sometimes be a little frustrating to deal with sometimes due to long wait times or overly expensive pricing, but I have to say that DVT is reasonable on pricing and the owner Sam is proud to get the job done efficiently as well.
